Engagement 03 of 04

Revenue Build

The blueprint, running in the CRM and the tools you already own.

Revops builds on the stack you already pay for. If a platform genuinely cannot support the logic, we say so and show the evidence, but the default is to make what you own work as it was supposed to. At the end of a Build, your admin can maintain it without us.

Deliverables

What you get.

These are configured objects in your own environment rather than documents about them, plus the documentation your administrator needs to maintain them.

  • CRM data model configured: objects, fields, lifecycle, validation
  • Workflows, routing, alerts and escalations live in production
  • Governed dashboard set, one per audience
  • Integrations and sync rules between the systems in scope
  • Written documentation and an admin handover session
  • Team enablement on the new process, per role
  • A 30-day stabilisation window after go-live

Delivery

How it runs.

  1. Weeks 1 to 2. Build plan and environment prep

Sandbox setup, backlog from the Blueprint, migration plan, test plan.

  2. Weeks 3 to 10. Configuration sprints

Two-week sprints with a working demo at the end of each one.

  3. Weeks 11 to 12. Migration, testing, handover

Data migration, user acceptance testing, enablement, documentation, handover.

Team

Who is involved.

Revops side

One lead consultant and one systems engineer.

Client side

Operational referent, CRM administrator, one tester per team in scope.

Boundary

What this engagement does not include.

A build has a hard edge by design. Everything outside it is either yours to keep or a separate engagement, never an assumption.

  • No new platform purchase. We build on what you own, and licences stay in your name.
  • No permanent administration of your system. The handover is part of the scope.
  • No execution capacity. That is Revenue Operate.

Questions

Frequently asked

Will you migrate our data?

Yes, as part of the final phase, with a tested migration plan and a rollback path. Deduplication and field mapping happen before anything moves.

What happens after go-live?

A thirty-day stabilisation window, then handover to your administrator with documentation and a working session.

Can we split the build into phases?

Usually yes. Sequencing by layer lets teams absorb change, and it is frequently faster than a single large release.

Next

Where it leads.

Revenue Operate, or an internal handover to your own team.
