Engagement 04 of 04

Revenue Operate

We run selected revenue motions inside the system we built, and you keep control of it.

Operate is not outsourcing. Every activity is logged in your CRM, every rule stays yours, and the contract states the conditions under which the motion transfers back to your team. What Operate produces is a motion that runs to a standard, and the market intelligence that comes back from running it.

Deliverables

What you get.

Operate produces running motions and the evidence they generate, which is what makes the engagement measurable month by month.

  • One or more operated motions: outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, reactivation, customer engagement, campaign follow-up
  • All activity logged in your CRM, under your definitions
  • Monthly engine review producing owned decisions with deadlines
  • Market intelligence from the field, fed back into messaging and targeting
  • Continuous adjustment of rules, workflows and playbooks
  • Quarterly engine read across the five layers

Delivery

How it runs.

  1. Month 1. Ramp and calibration

Operator onboarding, playbook calibration, quality baseline set.

  2. Month 2 onward. Operate, review, adjust

Daily execution, weekly quality review, monthly engine review.

  3. Every quarter. Engine read and scope review

Five-layer read, scope adjustment, transfer readiness assessment.

Team

Who is involved.

Revops side

One operations lead and the operators the motion requires.

Client side

Operational referent, plus one decision maker in the monthly review.

Boundary

What this engagement does not include.

Operate is the engagement whose limits matter most, so they are stated first rather than discovered in month three.

  • Not permanent outsourcing. The objective is a motion your team can take back.
  • Not headcount on its own. A motion needs a written process before anyone can operate it.
  • Not a replacement for your sales team. We operate motions, not relationships.

Questions

Frequently asked

Is there a minimum commitment?

Three months, because a motion needs a ramp and a calibration cycle before its numbers mean anything.

Do your operators use our tools?

Yes. Your CRM, your definitions, your templates. The activity data stays yours and remains usable after the engagement ends.

How do we end the engagement?

On the conditions written at the start, with documentation, calibration recordings and a shadowing period so the motion continues without us.

Next

Where it leads.

Transfer of the motion to your own team, on the conditions agreed at the start.
