Privacy notice

Revops is the data controller for this website. You can reach us about anything in this notice through the contact page.

This notice covers the information you give us when you use the website — in particular the request form used for assessments and consultation requests. It does not cover third-party sites we link to.

When you send a request we collect:

• your name, work email address, company and role;
• the message you write;
• what you asked about (the solution area or page you were on);
• limited technical context: the page you submitted from, the first page you landed on, the referring site and any campaign parameters — used to understand which content works, stored only on this site.

We only ask for what is needed to answer you. Nothing is used for automated decision-making or profiling.

We use your information to answer the request you sent us — to get in touch, prepare for the conversation, and follow up. The basis is your request itself (steps you take before a possible contract). Where the law requires a separate consent, we ask for it separately and never assume it.

Your request is stored in Revops' systems and delivered to the team member who will answer it. Delivery records are kept for 30 days. The enquiry itself is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then anonymised or deleted. System logs are kept for 30 days.

We do not sell your information. Service providers who help us run the site and our tools process it only on our instructions.

You can ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold information about you, and give you access to it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• delete it, or restrict how it is used;
• withdraw a consent you gave, at any time.

In Morocco, complaints go to the CNDP. In the European Union, you can complain to the supervisory authority of your country of residence. We answer requests within one month.

Every version of this notice carries a version number and a date. The version you saw when you submitted a request is kept with your request, so you can always check which text applied at the time.
